Every staff member was respectful and superfriendly. The hotel had a super central location and it was near Manhattan Center. It was located in a secure area.

The staff, especially Alex, were incredibly polite and helpful. The location is perfect, with a metro station right outside and a small shop in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and even had a crib for my baby. Only downside was the small rooms and lack of a rooftop bar.

The room with a view of the Empire State was breathtaking, worth every penny. The location is perfect, close to Macy's and Times Square, with lots of good food nearby. The room was spacious, staff nice, and bathrooms decent. The shower was awesome, hot water plenty, and the bed comfy. However, the parking validation issue cost me extra, but overall, this hotel is still up there with some of the best. 🌆

I've stayed here several times and of all the hotels I've been to, I haven't changed this one. The location is unbeatable for my needs and one of the things I like best is the independence of the reception and how fast the whole check in and out process is. The room is perfect in size (standard NYC) and they give you the breakfast options apart that suits me perfectly

As a frequent traveler and fitness enthusiast, I enjoyed the central location and comfortable bed at Hilton Garden Inn West 35th Street. The staff, especially George and Sean, were welcoming. However, the financial and room cleanliness issues were concerning. With a few improvements, this hotel has great potential.

I stayed three nights at the Hilton Garden near time square very well very central location! I did not have breakfast in the establishment I prefer to take it outside, the hotel and very secure obligation to have his card to scan it in the elevator to go up the floors, my room on the 24th floor with a view of the Empire State Building, I recommend this hotel for a tourist or business stay. clean and quiet hotel in the area there are at least 4 Hilton so very hard to find it without MAPS or City Mapper. a guard service for the luggage and available for the Checkout on the day of your departure for example.

The visitor's tax and very high, I was alone but to reserve a room for two, one charged me some guets whereas the people were had even of the Hotels, thus not very pleasant if not on the whole correct for a stay of a short duration.

Despite some minor inconveniences like a small room and lack of free breakfast, we were pleased with the comfortable amenities provided, including a microwave in the room. The hotel's decor and general areas were wonderfully inviting and cozy, perfect for senior people like me. The interior design made me feel at ease, and the accessibility throughout the hotel was impeccable for someone like myself. It was a delight to relax in such a beautifully decorated environment, and the staff were always helpful and considerate.

I would only ask for better vacation accessibility for senior people. The young staff could be more attentive to the unique needs of older guests.

After settling into my cozy room, I quickly discovered the convenience of The Shop+. A midnight snack run turned into a full-on mini feast with the in-room microwave and fridge. The lobby bar was my nightly hangout for a caffeine fix or post-run cocktail. With late check-out available, I squeezed in extra runs around the city – even passed by Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! The fitness center helped burn off those ready-to-cook meals. A marathoner's dream stay!

There is a room service card but in fact when we call we are told that there is no restaurant and that the hotel orders outside so there is no interest because there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel proposes cars to go to the hotel which is more expensive than the taxi.

It's just a short stroll to Herald Square, where there's a mix of great stores for shopping and a variety of dining options. Additionally, it's also within easy reach of the bustling transportation hub of Penn Station, with convenient services such as LIRR, NJ Transit, and Amtrak.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a larger on-site play area for kids.

the location was superb with easy access to multiple subway lines, great shopping spots, and various dining options. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room amenities like the fridge, microwave, and excellent water pressure in the shower added extra comfort to my stay. i also appreciated the complimentary cold water bottles provided at check-in and check-out. overall, it was a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay in the bustling city.

This hotel's location is fantastic, very close to a subway station and in the heart of the city. the staff here are incredible, providing top-notch service with a smile. They have a nice little lounge area that's perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Not to mention, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the breakfast included is a great perk, with a good variety of options to start your day right.

One thing to improve upon would be the pillows in the rooms; they were a bit too soft for my liking.

Good takeaways close by. 20 minutes walk to Times Square. $50/night deposit refunded if not used, but can take up to two weeks to reach your account.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, close to the main subway hub. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a wonderful view from the high floor. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were of good quality. It was also a great value for the price paid. The coffee/tea-making facilities in the room were very convenient.

In addition, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, except for one unpleasant encounter. Despite this, the majority of the staff made my stay pleasant and enjoyable.
